Hazy Horizon
Tropical, soft and juicy with a gentle bitterness. Dry-hopped twice for a full, pillowy finish.
We are a tiny brewery with a stubborn belief: good beer takes time, honest ingredients, and a little bit of patience. No shortcuts, no filler — just liquid worth savouring.
Our core range is brewed in small batches, so every keg tastes like the first one we ever made. Find your favourite, then find another.
Tropical, soft and juicy with a gentle bitterness. Dry-hopped twice for a full, pillowy finish.
Dark chocolate, roasted coffee and a silky oat body. Surprisingly smooth for something this bold.
Crisp, clean and quietly complex. Bready malt up front, a whisper of noble hops on the finish.
Tart cherry, a squeeze of lime and a dry, snappy finish. Bright enough to wake up your taste buds.
We could rush it. We could filter it, pasteurise it, ship it across the country. Instead, we take the slow road — and you can taste the difference.
Whole malted barley, milled fresh on brew day. Freshly cracked grain means fresher flavour in the glass.
Steeped in hot water to convert starch into fermentable sugar. This is where the body and sweetness are born.
A rolling boil, timed hop additions, and a lot of steam. Bitterness, aroma and character, all in the timing.
Yeast does the quiet work. Two to six weeks later, the beer is ready — and we never rush the last mile.
In 2016, two friends and one second-hand kettle took over a garage in the old quarter. The first batch was cloudy, a little flat, and completely delicious. We have been chasing that feeling ever since.
Today we brew on a 10-barrel kit, but the rules have not changed: source close to home, brew in small batches, and never release anything we would not happily drink ourselves.
